At Joy Nursery & Primary School, storytelling is more than entertainment. It’s a tool for teaching truth, spreading God’s Word, and inspiring others. Through Faithful Hands, learners write and perform their own stories based on Christian values.
Using local language and school experiences, children create characters who face problems like dishonesty, disobedience, or fear — and find Godly solutions. These stories are shared in class, in chapel, and even recorded as audio or video skits for our YouTube channel.

Storytelling helps learners build communication skills, confidence, and creativity. More importantly, it becomes a way to disciple others, especially fellow children, in a format they understand and enjoy.
Scripture Reflection:
“Jesus told them many things in parables…” – Matthew 13:3
Just as Jesus used stories to teach, so do our learners today.
Christian Value Highlighted: Wisdom, Evangelism, Creativity
Problem Solved: Many children struggle to share their faith. Storytelling gives them a voice and a platform to teach and encourage others.
