🌍 Who We Are
We are learners from Joy Nursery & Primary School, using our everyday talents — like baking, tailoring, storytelling, and service — to glorify God and bless others. Through creativity, teamwork, and faith, we are learning that our skills can serve a higher purpose.
Faithful Hands is our school’s contribution to the Edify Digital Challenge, where students across Uganda are called to create real impact through technology and Christian values. Our project uses digital tools to showcase how even the simplest skills can become powerful acts of faith and love.
❗ The Problem We Address
Many young learners grow up thinking their talents are just for school marks or fun. Skills like baking, sewing, drawing, or acting are often treated as hobbies—not as tools God can use for His glory.
We realized that many children don’t see their God-given abilities as part of their calling. Without understanding the spiritual purpose behind what they do, these gifts go unused — or undervalued.
That’s why Faithful Hands was born:
To awaken purpose, grow confidence, and glorify God through what we do best — all while using technology to tell our story, reach others, and inspire action, just as the Edify vision encourages.

📈 Our Impact So Far
- 🎭 Created videos and skits that teach Christian values like kindness, discipline, and honesty — using platforms like CapCut, Canva, and YouTube.
- 🍞 Shared baked goods and handmade items as acts of love and service, living out the biblical call to generosity.
- 🎥 Practiced digital storytelling to present our talents to the world — showing that media can be used for ministry.
- 🙌 Developed confidence, creativity, and spiritual awareness, as learners realize their gifts have purpose beyond the classroom.
Each of these outcomes reflects the heart of Edify’s mission: technology with purpose, and values in action.
